Hello, has anyone ever successfully done a hectograph to create their zine? Or heck, just made a hectograph work at all? I have been struggling to get an image with one. I am using mimeograph sheets and a “geli plate” commercial gelatin plate and water.

Hey does anyone else use ZineWiki? It seems to be “off line” I cannot log in and the site’s style sheet doesn’t seem to load (for me at least) is anyone else having problems with the site?

I draw, paint and make photographs. I also like to hike. I live in Los Angeles, so there is a lot of city to explore too. I like riding the subway/light rail just to see where it takes me.
I used to be a camera man for low-budget horror movies but I haven’t shot anything in a while. Also I like most art projects, including mail art. -

I am with darkroomist, I have no idea what starlight material is, so I would be down to learn about it.

Issue 5 of my zine, QRK5 covers my work with two of my pinhole cameras. A 3-D printed, Easy 35 (found on thingiverse.com) and a matchbox pinhole camera that I made myself. Message me for a trade.

Issue 5 of my zine, “QRK5,” is done! Well, mostly done. I still have some folding and stapling to do.

Wow, excellent idea, Billy.
I just took the survey and read the results. Most of the pie charts shook out as I expected, however some of the comments were surprising. I’ve been trying to get back to a low-tech look in my own work. -
